Most people are given love and good care by their parents and family just from the day when they come to the world. Attending a school for study needn't have setbacks to a lot of ordinary persons. However Chen Yan, who was nearly abandoned, underwent lots of frustrations on her way to school because of her being visually handicapped. At last she stepped across the school gate and realized her desire. To appreciate the distress and sad life in her early years, please read her work MY CHILDHOOD. You will be told that the unfortunate childhood brought up the unyielding personalities to hate the evil like an enemy in her immature soul, which have a far-reaching impact on her later growth and development. Almost everyone might have run into various difficulties and setbacks in their study and work. They are recommended to read the "MY CAREER " by Chen Yan, from which they will learn how a blind girl stepped on her way to study, and then run to the successful cause. We hope that her experience can arouse for all. No person without emotion. Affection and family are
no doubt to be indispensable for the handicapped persons. If you are interested in her
experience of feelings, family life as well as her social intercourse, please take your
time to read "Life In My Adulthood" (i.e.,Adult Life) which was written with
plenty of her misery and tears. |
